In the best interest of all our guests, we post this list of our policies and rules for Crooked River
Cancellation Policy:
1. A reservation constitutes a two-way contract between
Crooked River Resort and you. It assures that your accommodations will be
kept available for you on the dates indicated, and it assures us that we
can turn away other potential quests for the dates indicated.
2. A cancellation fee of 25 % of base rental applies to all cancellations made
more than 14 days prior to check-in date. If we can re-rent, then $10 fee will
be charged. A cancellation fee of 50% of base rental applies to cancellations
made less than 14 days prior to check-date. If we can re-rent, than $20 service
fee will be charged. If you re-book, and we can re-rent, than we credit your
deposit toward your new reservation. In other words, we just want you to come
and stay!
4. It is understood that Crooked River Resort cannot accept responsibility for
inclement weather, change in travel plans, personal sickness or injury, etc.
5.Unfortunately, all deposits will be forfeited for no show.
Crooked River Resort values your patronage and appreciates your understanding.
RULES Policy:
Pets: ARE WELCOME BUT, Must be on leash at all times when outside; must not be on furniture and you must use pooper scooper & limit barking. One time $10 cleanup charge.
Quiet Time: No boomboxes please; Guests may enjoy music or radios, but are asked to turn the bass off portable players and to not use their car radios, as this is always too loud. Ten pm is quiet time at night, but you may stay up to visit around your campfire after that, as long as you keep your voices down so as not to disturb our other guests. Quiet time is strictly enforced.
Profanity will not be tolerated.
Speed Limit: Guests are asked to drive so as not to create dust, about 10 mph, while on grounds and driveway, and to please turn radios down while driving on grounds.
Smoking : Smokers are welcome, but please dispose of all butts in trash. All cabins & showerhouse are non-smoking. Smokers may smoke outside on decks, but please pickup butts. No candles or incense in cabins per our insurance.
Guns: No guns of any kind allowed, except hunters during hunting season. Hunter's weapons must be in cases.
Fireworks: No fireworks except on holidays, and ONLY with permission.
